The Client Liaison Associate will act as an intermediary between the patient care team and the client. They will serve as a focal point for customer questions, concerns, and grievances. They will also help the company understand the needs and expectations of the client. The liaisons will also act as a go to for the Doctors.
-Maintain a high level of communication between clients and the patient care team. Be able to solve conflicts and address issues that could occur throughout the day.
-Collaborate with all departments (including finance) to avoid patient care problems, and financial issues.
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk long distances. Stairs will be required, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Must be able to be comfortable around and interact with excitable dogs, and to be able to lift heavy pet carriers.
Skills Required (i.e. venipuncture, interpersonal, multi-tasking, anesthesia, computer literacy etc.):
-Customer service, communication, & problem-solving skills. Able to deal with high stressful situations.
-Needs to be compassionate and maintain a high level of client engagement with medical knowledge of veterinary medicine.
Years of Experience Required: 2+ years working in a veterinary hospital as a CSR, or Veterinary Technician
