Summary:
The Scheduler for the LIFE Program will support the primary care team in scheduling/coordinating medical appointments for LIFE participants along with various clerical functions such as filing, scanning, faxing, and copying clinic documents and medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED

Associates Degree in medical assisting or administrative assisting preferred
EXPERIENCE
-
One (1) year scheduling experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Previous computer experience required

Medical terminology strongly preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Switchboard experience preferred
