The Paid Media Manager will work 100% remotely and will directly manage the day-to-day implementation, testing, analyzing and optimization of large-scale national acquisition and lead generation campaigns across a variety of social media platforms. Additionally, you will have a firm grasp on measuring data, understanding the tactical execution process as well as the technology and tools used to guide your team to make it happen.
Responsibilities:

Execute the day-to-day implementation of growth strategies across online paid media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc., partnering across the organization to generate new demand, drive thousands of leads, and convert new subscribers

Working alongside the Director of Demand Generation, assist with the development and execution of demand generation and remarketing campaigns with goals to increase customer acquisition and lower cost

Deliver results to clear KPIs

Working with media budgets with a minimum $50k/month spend and build reporting dashboards to provide details into performance analysis

Analyze campaign results, report on key metrics, and optimize future campaigns based on learnings

Work with the web development and UX teams on web page and campaign optimization
