Nature and Scope of Job
USDM Life Sciences is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple project work streams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires strong planning, risk management, and communication skills to coordinate efforts across internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with IT SDLC and regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple project work streams.
- Create appropriate project plans and work schedules to meet business objectives and priorities.
- Provide ongoing assessments to manage project risks and determine actions necessary to mitigate risks.
- Track and help resolve project issues.
- Execute and follow the Change control process.
- Provide regular project plan updates and status reporting on financial and delivery progress.
- Lead project communications activities for owned work streams.
- Collaborate with other IT groups involved in the project delivery process.
- Assure, through monitoring and project oversight, that project delivery is on time and within budget; identifying, tracking, reporting, and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Perform Data Migration, including Extract, Transform, Load, and Validated Data Verification.
- Manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) within a project.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of training with business systems users and IT.
- Facilitate post-implementation project reviews and the incorporation of learnings back into principles, policies, practices, and the in-house knowledge.
- Regularly communicate the status of a project to the core project team and executive stakeholders.
- Manage the matrix of internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience with IT SDLC.
- Experience with IT CSV / managing Validated / Regulated projects.
- Experience in handling large project implementations involving multiple teams and vendors.
- Knowledge of system integrations, including Middleware, transformation, and testing (we use Mulesoft and MFT).
- Have formal IT Systems Testing experience (we use HP ALM).
- Strong Planning, and MS Project skills.
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Independent Leader.
- Experience in coordinating cutover over activities, go live, and hypercare.
- Experience with managing PLM implementation projects is preferred including Teamcenter.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 65.00 -85.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
