Completely cleans and sanitizes the entire processing and packaging area and all production machinery used in any given work day, to ensure the entire plant is kept in a clean, neat condition.
B. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleans entire processing area, including slicers, dicers, ovens, K-trons, tables, conveyors,
chains, conveyors, floors, and walls.

Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes all equipment including tumblers, vibrator feeders,
hoppers, augers, blenders, tape machines, metal detectors, scales, packaging machines.

Empties and cleans all trash receptacles in production area.

Follows master sanitation schedule as instructed by supervisors.

Washes all floors using floor scrubbers and mops.

Adheres to company policies, procedures, good manufacturing practices, code of safe
practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Wears all required safety equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
