We are looking for an expert communicator that can help manage and coordinate the the high volume of patient referral calls our practice receives daily in an empathetic but efficient manner.
Requirements:
Inbound Call Representative Requirements & Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in a high volume call center environment required

1 year of experience in a customer service environment required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage escalating priorities and distressed callers with efficient empathy

Able to navigate calls within a 3-5 minute timeframe manging patient referrals

Assist patients and referring dental offices in scheduling procedures

Excellent & Quick computer competency (we use Care Stream)

Onsite role in Dothan, Alabama office

Onsite Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM & Friday 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM
