To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Thorough understanding of the local area
- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write)
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Minimum 6 months of Timeshare Marketing experience
- 1 + year experience in a performance based position with a commission component to its compensation structure
