· $ 30,000-$ 45,000.00 per year + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
· Full Time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
· No weekends
· No nights
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging referrals.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and challenges and recommend tailored technological solutions to address them effectively.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest technological trends, products, and solutions in the industry to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
5. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our technological solutions to potential clients.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate terms and pricing agreements, and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
7. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technological or related industry is preferred but not required.
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Willingness and ability to learn quickly and understand office technology solutions.
6. Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
8. Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
9. Valid Driver’s License
