Small company seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will Have 3 to 5 years of experience in general bookkeeping to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial transactions using QuickBooks desktop and QB Online.
- Prepare and process accounts payables, oversee receivables, deposits, sales tax reporting, 571L Filings, month end journal entries and financials monthly.
- Credit card and bank reconciliations.
- High level data entry for prevailing wages contracts.
- Prepare accounting reports for clients and CPA.
- Review P&L in detail and balance sheet, auditing monthly financials for mistakes to make sure all is accurate before sending to clients.
Requirements and Skills:
- · Knowledge of accounting principles & systems.
- · Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
