*Responsibili
es:*
* Maintains the day-to-day functioning of the Agency.
* Coordinates, observes, and evaluates comprehensive patient care provided by nursing.
* Responsible for establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
* Establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
* Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and, maintains compliance to the Joint Commission Home Care standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
* Previous Hospice and/or Home Health experience
* Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements
