New Leaf Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule patient appointments using our electronic medical record system.
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly as they enter the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check-Out Process: Facilitate patient check-outs, including processing payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Administrative Tasks: Scan documents, manage patient records, and handle other clerical duties as needed.
- Payment Processing: Set up and manage payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- New Patient Engagement: Meet with new patients interested in our services, describe our services and pricing, and schedule their appointments.
- Follow-Up: Make phone calls to follow up with patients and communicate with our scheduling team for new consult appointments.
Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor in all patient interactions.
- Self-Motivation: Work independently and take initiative to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred. Experience in retail or any role involving direct interaction with people is also beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
Hours:
- Monday through Thursday 9-6 and Friday 9-4
