The Retail Banker II is responsible for developing and deepening customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service by following specific service standards, demonstrating ownership and resolving customer problems efficiently, and by turning service requests and routine transactions into sales opportunities.
General Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- 1-2 years experience only.

- Must have excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Promote business for the Bank by providing a superior level of customer relations and service within assigned branch and the Bank.
- Protect the interest of the Bank and minimize loss through adherence to security measures and other policies and procedures.
- Able to perform all retail banker functions to include, managing surplus, coin and ATM balancing.
- Required to be knowledgeable in basic customer service functions and routine branch operations.
- Assist other retail bankers with balancing issues.
- Ability to complete lien releases.
- Willingness to train new retail bankers.
- Willingness to be cross trained in other areas, as needed.
- Represent the Bank to the customer in a courteous, professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service while processing transactions.
- Ensure service standards are met within assigned branch.
- Executes financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining a balancing record of 90% or more each quarter.
- Assist in attaining established bank and branch goals through active participation in the incentive and referral programs.
- Must be active in cross selling the Bank's products and services.
- This is a full-time position performed in a regular office environment, Monday through Saturday, Retail Branch Banking hours. Travel is required.
- Assist in other branches in assigned region as needed. This position operates in an office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.

- Drivers license required.
- Background check performed.
- 1 year of Banking Required.
