The Abudayyeh-Gootenberg lab (abugootlab.org) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Harvard Medical School is looking for a talented computational biologist to join our biotechnology and molecular engineering group as a postdoc. The candidate will join a team to study stem cells using genome-scale functional genomics approaches and single cell technologies. Candidate will be responsible for processing large amounts of single cell data, building deep learning models to understand the data, and work towards predictive models that can predict cellular responses to perturbations. The ultimate goal is to produce enough perturbation data across different cell types to build data models that can predict cellular responses and lead to novel therapeutic interventions.
