ALNA Management is looking for a person in Leasing Team as an Coordinator. The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for listing and following up on all incoming leads for our single family homes for rent. They will be responsible for listing the homes, answer all the leads, setup the showings of the properties and follow up after the showing. Screen the prospective tenants and lease the properties out. Must have prior leasing and/or sales experience.
Essential Functions:
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.Ensure marketing materials, descriptions, etc. meet company standards and fair housing guidelines.Prepare and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, strategies, plans, and objectives.Research competitive products and marketing strategies by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising. Maintaining research databases.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Communicate clearly and concisely with the internal team and prospective tenants.Demonstrate superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation efficiency and fiscally responsible activity.Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have some understanding of the leasing process.
Must have strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experienced with Propertyware or Rently preferred but not required.
Must be customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning, and analysis skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to pay close attention to details, meet multiple deadlines, implement process improvement changes, multitask and prioritize critical items while adapting to a changing environment.
Must be able to work both in a team environment and be self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to see the big picture and be a team player.
Must be bilingual.
Spend most of the time on the phone's with prospective tenants.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Other Skills:
Real Estate License preferred, but not required.
2+ years leasing, sales or customer service experience.
