Metals In Time Jewelry is looking for a passionate Sales Professional Consultant with excellent communication skills. Our employees are responsible for providing a luxury shopping experience with unparalleled customer service to all of our guests. We are looking for individuals passionate in Sales, with good communications skills, while developing a strong associate/client relationship.
Our sales associates are responsible for engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; presenting merchandise to fit their needs. Typical store hours are Monday thru Wednesday from 11:00-6:00, Thursday and Friday 11:00-7:00 and Saturday 10:30-5:00. At minimum 2 Weekends a month is expected and longer work hours during Christmas. Hourly listed plus additional commission on all Sales. Further benefits may be discussed upon review.
Responsibilities
- Social skills with outgoing personality a plus
- Ability to generate sales to exceed personal/store sale goals
- Building a strong client base
- Product Knowledge of stones and metals (we will train-not required)
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every guest
- Participate in all areas of store operations (merchandising, displays, online sales, etc.)
- Ability to work with others in a teamwork style environment is a plus.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A positive, can do attitude with a desire to strive and make sales happen
- Minimum of 1 year of selling jewelry and/or retail sales experience, preferred but not a requirement. Preferably previous experience in luxury product sales, but not required.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and communication.
- An understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Watch and Jewelry industry. (Not Required, but preferred).
- Social Media Director-Proof of Prior work is a plus.

We carry a wide selection of jewelry and timepieces in every budget. We have great clients and people know that Metals In Time is the Preferred Jeweler. We create endless stories of “Happily Ever After” as well as an in-house jeweler on site, allowing us to create unique custom pieces.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
