ddc Group is a high end furniture retailer located in New York City, with over 25 years in business we take pride in offering our customers the finest quality of home furnishings available in the market.
We need someone extremely detail oriented preferably someone who has worked in the furniture industry in a customer service capacity. They should have strong administrative skills and need to be proficient in Adobe, Excel, Outlook and if possible Myriad or a similar Windows based computer system. This position requires constant follow up, the candidate needs to be tenacious.
Job Responsibilities
Review documents for accuracy
Order processing
Interact with vendors and sales staff
Document management
Check orders for signatures, deposits, billing and shipping address
Process the PO’s and send to factories
Follow up with sales for missing information before processing PO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
