Castro Roofing is based in Dallas, Texas and services the greater DFW area with commercial roofing services, preventative maintenance, restorative coatings, and replacements. We pride ourselves on delivering peace of mind to our customers so they can stop focusing on the roof and start focusing on what matters to them.
We don't want this ad to be like everyone else's. Just like we don't want our sales team to get lost in a crowd of other sales reps.
We are looking for an individual who wants the highest levels of training and development so they can hit their highest potential and earnings.
To do that, you will need to stand out and help our current and future commercial (B2B) customers run their businesses better. After all, the roof is commonly one of the building's most expensive assets. Here are all the other details if you made it this far.
There are two things we want you to do...
1) Cultivate new prospective clients and (2) Maintain existing customers:
● Research and identify potential clients: Research businesses or organizations in your target market that could benefit from roof repair services, such as commercial properties, industrial buildings, and institutions.
● Networking and referrals: Leverage your professional network (LinkedIn) and ask for referrals from satisfied clients and business partners. Word-of-mouth recommendations are influential in the commercial B2B industry.
● Attend industry events and trade shows: Participate in relevant industry events and trade shows to meet prospects and build relationships within the industry.
● Cold calling and email outreach: Reach out to prospective clients via phone or email, introducing your services and highlighting your unique value proposition.
● Provide free consultations or estimates: Offer complimentary consultations and estimates to demonstrate your desire to understand prospects’ needs and provide customized solutions.
● Follow up regularly: Stay in touch with prospects even if they don't immediately have roof issues. This demonstrates your dedication and keeps you top-of-mind when they find themselves in need of roofing solutions.
● Showcase past track record of success: Share case studies and stats about our strong reputation and proven ability to get results.
● Address concerns and objections: Be prepared to address prospects' concerns or objections. Offer solutions and demonstrate how your services can overcome their challenges.
● Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure you deliver top-notch customer service, as positive experiences lead to repeat business and referrals.
We provide some of the industry's best resources to unlock your sales potential.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service will contribute to the success of our sales team.
