Duties:
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and address customer inquiries
- Utilize financial software, including QuickBooks, for data entry and reporting purposes
- Conduct corporate accounting tasks related to accounts receivable
- Employ negotiation skills when dealing with overdue accounts
- Perform 10 key typing for precise data entry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
- Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
