What we do:
At Abstract Displays, we design and build exhibits for the trade show industry. We are a full-service exhibit company that takes a Clients project from concept and build, to show site installation. We provide boots-on-the-ground service at trade shows along with warehousing and asset management. Our innovative and creative solutions take our client's trade show program to the next level!
What you will do:
The Client Services Specialist provides support to our clients through proactive handling of their trade shows. Our Client Services Team is responsible for overall trade show coordination and project management per event.
General Responsibilities:
- Work with Clients on their trade show programs and develop a strategy.
- Organize and facilitate internal pre-show planning meetings with designers, graphic designers, production, and engineering. In addition, plan with external vendors for client's shows and events.
- Work with clients on developing a comprehensive budget for each show.
- Assist in managing client exhibit property and graphic inventories for each show and event.
- Project Manage the deadlines, prioritize workload and operate under limited time constraints.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Skills tests must be completed for consideration.
- Communicate clearly and professionally (written, verbal, phone).
- Ability to work in teams across multiple departments and functions.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
- The ability to multi-task and operate under severe time constraints with immovable deadlines.
- Passionate about working with people and being customer-centric.
- Overtime may be required during prime show season including receiving and responding to calls on weekends and after hours.
- Excellent organization skills and detailed and follow-up skills are required with the ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Travel may be required but only on occasion.
