Position Overview
I am seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support my busy schedule as a corporate professional and entrepreneur. In addition to my full-time job, I own a boutique law firm specializing in business and trademark law and am in the process of preparing to launch a new business. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, detail-oriented and adept at managing a variety of tasks efficiently. The candidate must also be willing to share his/her zodiac sign to ensure our zodiac signs and energy are compatible. Just kidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments (medical, personal care, home, etc.) and travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, car services).
- Inbox Management: Handle email correspondence, including drafting, sending, organizing, and creating template emails.
- Organization: Maintain organized workspaces, including office, closets, both digital and physical files, and scanning and shredding documents.
- Errands: Manage returns, shopping, dry cleaning pick-up, mail sorting, gift wrapping and shipping, get car serviced
- Event Coordination: Schedule and manage travel and events, including packing and unpacking for trips.
- Light Cooking: Snack, lunch and smoothie preparation as needed
- Light Cleaning: Perform occasional light cleaning tasks as needed
- Content Creation Skills: Help with increasing my business’ social media presence.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Marketing skills
- Familiarity with Instagram for business account
- Comfortable using AI tools
Schedule
- Preferred hours are 2-6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, however the schedule is negotiable.
Candidate Requirements
- Punctual and reliable
- Self-starter
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent email crafting skills
- Has personal transportation
- Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
