Responsibilities:
- Provide support for internal and external customer incidents.
- On occasion, travel to customer locations for hands-on troubleshooting and solution delivery.
- Become a SME on all Hypass application and Square 9 Software
- Lead communication and Coordinate process of new application roll outs/projects
- Meet with Stakeholders to plan and design application roll out to meet the outlined needs
- Complete application support tickets
- Design and Test Application Workflows and Operations as outlined by the client.
- Perform software upgrades and maintenance
- Address incoming support calls, providing workarounds when necessary to ensure customer productivity
- Provide service call status updates to internal and external customers.
- Share knowledge and training with fellow IT employees to strengthen the IT team and provide superior support.
- Keep abreast of new technology systems, methods and platforms
- Maintain effective communication with both technical staff and end users
- Manage obligations and support other company initiatives as directed.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, as this is a fast paced position with priorities changing as situations develop
- Must have experience with computer networking and applications
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role with a focus on problem-solving and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process automation and workflows is highly desirable.
- A track record of thinking outside the box and applying technology in creative ways to solve problems.
