Pioneer Heating and Air – Plumbing Services has an exciting opportunity for Weekend Lead Event/Customer Service Experts! We are building a team of top-notch weekend event staff to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores in the Knoxville area. We are looking for FUN, OUT-GOING, ENERGIZED, and MONEY-MOTIVATED individuals to join our team. We offer generous hourly pay with uncapped commission paid weekly!
What YOU will do:
As a weekend event leader, you will be working at an event table inside/outside depending on weather, driving brand awareness by having face to face conversations with potential customers. The sky is the limit on how much fun this event can be with snacks, balloons, prizes, etc. to draw customers to your table!
No appointment setting! You will be gathering homeowner’s information which is then submitted through our portal to our call center representatives who will then reach out to customers to set appointment dates and times. We offer free in-home estimates for heating/cooling replacements and discounted seasonal safety checks on their heating and cooling equipment.

Schedules:

Weekends only

Saturdays and/or Sundays – You can work one weekend day a month or every weekend. Hours typically fall between 9am and 4pm.

Previous customer service, sales, brand ambassador, marketing, and/or home show experience.
