Role Summary:
As an Admin, you will provide vital support to our sales team, particularly focusing on our automotive SaaS solutions. This role involves using our portal and Zoho CRM for management and other administrative tasks as needed. You will arrange schedules, generate reports, and execute tasks within deadlines as needed. Your main responsibility will be to support the sales team by managing data, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling, report generation, and CRM management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update records in the Zoho CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the CRM.
- Provide administrative support to various sales projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and assisting with project documentation.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, meetings, or conferences related to sales.
- Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, place orders, and maintain vendor relationships relevant to sales operations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed across the sales function.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of Associates Degree, with 1 year in-office experience. Experience managing complex schedules.
- Preferred Skills: Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and self direct. Ability to learn quickly and have a passion for creating order is paramount.
