We are seeking an entry level Client Coordinator / Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We work with a wide range of Charities, Non-profits and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries. At the moment we are looking for Client Coordinator / Sales Associate for our brand new Verizon FiOS and T-Mobile campaigns!
Client Coordinator / Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing on-site field marketing campaigns and segment activities.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Event coordinating/ organizing
Client Coordinator / Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus!)
- Strong time management skills

We are seeking full time employees but do have some availability for part- timers as well. Full time would consist of 5 days a week and part time would be 3 days a week.
This would be a entry level position with paid training but we are seeking people who are looking to grow within our company. We promote from within and are always in need of more team leaders and managers to assist with day to day operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
