You will be working alongside another full-time pay-per-click manager.
Summary:
We are looking for a talented and results-oriented PPC expert to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clients' PPC campaigns and ensuring they are optimized for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is a customer service expert with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients. We currently have 110+ PPC clients, running on Google and Bing platforms. Clients are primarily in contractor-type businesses. We have very few eComm clients.

Job / Technical Requirements:
- Develop and implement PPC strategies that align with our clients' business goals and objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for optimization.
- Write compelling ad copy that engages users and drives clicks.
- Manage ad budgets and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Conversion tracking
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their campaigns are meeting their expectations.
- Communicate with clients via phone, text and email
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.

The following are vital:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a sense of humor.
You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., a combination of in-office hours (initially) and work from home.
Office location is in Jacksonville, FL 32225.
Starting pay is hourly and contingent on experience, with the potential for growth based on performance and skill-set.
