The right candidate will have the ability to maintain confidentiality, problem solve, and work independently.
* Supports accounting operations by entering accounts payable, accounts receivable invoices and monitoring payments.
* Verifies payroll reports and reconcile to job costing.
* Reconcile account charges to daily logs for head count and equipment.
* Creates reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll activity for management as necessary.
* Reconcile credit card activity with receipts and code to appropriate accounts.
* Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
* Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

*Accounting Clerk Qualifications/Skills:*
* Familiarity with financial software
* General knowledge of accounting terminology and concepts
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Reporting skills
* Typing proficiency
* Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
*Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:*
* High School Diploma
* Accounting formal training or college classes preferred.
* 2 Years of previous experience in an accounting function required.
