Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

Takes orders for food and beverages, sets tables and trays, and delivers food and beverages to the Guests.

Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent guest service with all Team Members and Guests.

Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, hosts staff, and Guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and quickly.

Performs duties using sound and mature judgment.

Abides by all state, federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

Requests identification from Guests when legal age appears to be under 30.

Converses with Guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service; addresses complaints or concerns.

Performs multiple tasks during high volume situations.

Greets and seats Guests, cleans and resets the dining area on an as needed basis.

Cleans and fills empty condiment containers.

Assists and supports catering and special event functions.

Performs all side work duties as assigned.

Adheres to Black Oak Casino Resort and departmental appearance standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.
