Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
- Perform grounds and upkeep of the premises
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents or staff
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic electrical knowledge for minor repairs
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems (not a deal breaker), plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Experience in residential painting is desirable

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
