**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as hospitals, critical care units, schools, and inpatient facilities. **Duties:** - Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. - Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages with communication difficulties. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care. - Utilize standardized testing and assessment tools to monitor progress. - Manage cases effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation. **Experience:** - Experience working in hospital or critical care settings is preferred. - Familiarity with school-based speech therapy programs is a plus. - Proficiency in conducting standardized testing for speech and language disorders. - Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology related to speech pathology. - Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
