Competitive Salary and Benefits:
- Up to $60,000 base salary
- Quarterly commissions up to an additional 10% of the base salary .

What an SNS Property Manger does:
- Lead a skilled team of 7 professionals to oversee the day-to-day operations of 477 apartment units over 6 communities. Direct reports to this role would include a leasing team of 3, and a maintenance team of 4.
- Maintain great internal team culture and values
- Oversees the operational and financial aspects of residential apartment communities
- Oversees financial statements and revenue
- Responsible for expenses and occupancy goals
