Job Description:
Assisting clients during their visit to our showroom by providing an excellent customer service, sharing the knowledge of our products and introducing clients to our collections.
Requirements:
- Prior sales and or customer service experience
- Excellent phone, computer & clerical/data entry skills
- Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Willing to be trained
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Good organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Punctual
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Assistant to the owner/manager and outside sales reps.
- Assisting clients during their visit to our showrooms
- Answering phone calls.
- Maintaining customer records
- Following up with customers
- Generating quotes
- Providing excellent customer service
- Sharing the product Knowledge with clients.
- Learning all about our products
- Follow company policy
Required Education: High school or equivalent, College Student

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
