Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in food preparation and storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is preferred, but not required
