As Recruiter at Team Architects, you will play a role in driving our recruitment efforts with our clients. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients, and the development and implementation of effective recruiting processes. This role requires a combination of prior recruiting experience, proficiency in using Indeed and the Google Suite of apps, and a proven track record of setting up efficient recruiting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions to meet their objectives.
Recruitment Strategy: Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging Indeed and as well as the Team Architects Assessment effectively.
Process Optimization: Evaluate current recruiting processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of talent for client opportunities.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial interviews, evaluations, and post assessment screenings, to ensure alignment with client requirements and culture fit.
Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive informed decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies for better outcomes as well as to keep clients informed on their accounts.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruiting
- Proficiency in using Indeed and the Google Suite of apps, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology for recruitment purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of implementing recruiting processes that drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working from home.

Compensation: This role is for a Remote, 1099 Contract Employee. Compensation is between $60,000-$85,000 total - base, plus bonuses. .
