Job Summary: _ Operates telephone switchboard, receives visitors, and performs miscellaneous clerical duties. Provides administrative support to the Controller, Human Resources Manager and accounting staff._
Essential Duties:
· Routes incoming calls to proper extensions and operates paging system.
· Ensures that the switchboard is staffed during breaks and personal absences.
· Provides back up support for accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
· Opens and date stamps incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail.
· Contacts employees upon the arrival of visitors and job applicants.
· In charge of processing all credit card orders from invoicing to cash application.
· Keeps lobby, supply room and reception area neat and orderly.
· Provides administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
· Assists with distributing current employee information and other communications.
· Processes a variety of payroll duties such as labor entry, payroll hours, timesheet and leave form record keeping.
· Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or post high school clerical education desirable.
- Three (3) years office experience.
- Articulate and punctual with excellent interpersonal _ skills._
- Strong organizational skills
