Job Summary: The Countertop Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a self-motivated, metrics-driven individual with a strong understanding of the countertop industry and a proven ability to meet quotas consistently. Equally important is the ability to provide an experience that ensures our clients become clients for life. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, excellent phone skills, and the ability to embody our core values in all interactions. Additionally, a strong comfort level with design and color selections to assist homeowners in their choices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and follow up on leads to build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on product availability and technical aspects of granite and quartz countertops.
- Assist homeowners with design and color selections to enhance their home’s aesthetic.
- Manage CRM system to track sales metrics and client interactions.
- Develop and execute individual sales goals aligned with our company's growth objectives.
- Increase existing account growth and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the team and ownership.
- Manage sold projects to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in countertop and cabinet sales, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM systems and a strong metrics-driven approach.
- Excellent phone skills, including the ability to handle direct sales calls and follow-ups.
- Strong understanding of design principles and color coordination to assist homeowners.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
