As a Paralegal, you will be the primary support contact for our clients. You will support our clients by leveraging your expertise and your in-depth knowledge to company products and internal processes to answer client's questions and/or resolve their concerns. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and document preparation that will build relationships with our clients and give them the confidence that our team is here to support them through every step of their Royal Legal Solutions journey.
Please do not apply if you are unable to perform the duties outlined below with quality. We provide technology and company process onboarding and training but you must be have significant experience in the duties we are contracting you for as you will work independently to accomplish these duties.
As a Paralegal Contractor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Document preparation and problem solving through to completion and/or resolution
- Building and maintaining client relationships, delivering an exceptional client service in every interaction
- Forming LLCs, Corporations and DSTs, including preparing operating documents and obtaining EINs
- Drafting and Delivering Estate Plans
- Creating Child Series of Series LLCs & DSTs and drafting Land Trusts
- Land record research and obtaining copies of recorded deeds
- Assessor record research and obtaining copies of assessor/tax information
- Communicating directly with county clerks
- Drafting deeds and other conveyancing documents
- Submitting deeds for recording on land records
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets/filing system to track deed recording status
- Interactions with Royal Legal Solutions' clients via email, voice calls and Zoom or Google meetings
- Educating clients on our products and services
- Documenting all client activities in HubSpot, ensuring proper follow up as needed
- Providing accurate, timely and professional assistance to clients via telephone, email and text
- Meeting the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
- Understanding the voice of the customer and bring any improvement opportunities to the organization’s leaders
- Creating, organizing and maintaining files including e-files
- Processing/creating FedEx/UPS shipping labels
- Coordinating orders, payments and other client-focused related activities
- Performing other related responsibilities as needed to meet the ongoing needs of our clients and the business
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years of Paralegal Experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in a remote work environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client/attorney information
- High school diploma or equivalent
