Edgerton Care Center is seeking to hire more great Resident Assistants (RA) to assist in providing quality care to our residents.
What does a RA do at Edgerton Care Center? As an RA, you will work under the direct supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNAs).
- Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families, and other health team members is an essential component of this position.
- Administers bedside or personal care, such as personal hygiene assistance
- Assists with maintaining records of resident progress and services performed, reporting changes in a resident's condition to a manager or supervisor
- Answers patient call signals, call lights or intercom systems to determine resident's needs.
