Duties:
- Manage the front desk staff and schedule to ensure coverage during peak hours
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Provide excellent customer support to address guest concerns or requests promptly
- Assist the General Manager with any related items
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Supervisor
- Proficiency in project coordination and multitasking
- Familiarity with Opera, Colleague Advantage or Hyatt Place Brand
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various inquiries effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all front desk operations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends if needed
