- RECRUITING & HIRING: Hires for values, character, and ensures the company culture aligns well with each person considered for employment.

- LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Leads the team to work together, sets the pace, energy, and culture to accomplish various objectives and manage a variety of systems and processes. Drives the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while building and developing a fun and productive culture.
- COMMUNICATION: Communicates clearly, frequently, and provides clear direction and expectations verbally as well as via company communication channels. Shares important updates and business information regularly that will help the team and business perform well.
- STORE METRICS: Clearly communicates key store metrics using varies methods and frequently celebrates those who are achieving greatness. Sets store goals using the SMART method revolving around the key business metrics that drive strong business results.
- PREPAREDNESS: Plans daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure success is met around the most important tasks and priorities. Schedules staff, orders ingredients, and keeps good inventory to properly manage important business costs. Transitions store's ingredients and food weekly to be prepared for a new menu.
- PRODUCTION: Oversees the pace, quality, and quantity of dough and cookies made to meet the demand of the customers. Sees the floor, knows where to train, guide, and ensure each station is as efficient as possible while limiting waste every night.
- The 3 Cs: Focuses on training a team that creates raving fans service through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with each and every customer. Creates a culture of cleanliness throughout the day, week, and month. Instills a "clean as you go" mentality and holds everyone accountable to high levels of cleanliness. Establishes an environment of "quality" first. Coaches the team to know quality and always strive to provide that in each cookie that is served.
- ORGANIZATION & ADMINISTRATION: Sets a standard of order throughout the store. Teaches and creates a culture of being organized and intentional in how the store runs and is set up. Keeps back-office areas clean, tidy, and structured. Is aware, organized, and timely in all administration tasks to complete.
- CRUMBL SALES: Strategizes and implements simple tactics within the store and outside of the store to drive new business, sales, and improved ticket average.
- FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Helps monitor safe use and movement in and around the facility and equipment. Communicates promptly to management and utilizes the appropriate tools to initiate diagnosis and repairs if needed.
- TECHNOLOGY APTITUDE: Confidently be able to use email, chat applications, Microsoft Office, G-Suite & Gmail, human resource information system, and the point-of-sale system(s). Understand & demonstrate high proficiency with varies platforms such as the Crumbl's website, Crumbl's mobile app, and Crumbl's internal communication application. Be able to problem solve technology issues through key technology support contacts when needed.
- SAFETY: Constantly is training and coaching on safety first with the team. Assesses equipment, the environment, and work practices to ensure the team, the customer, and the brand is acting in a safe manner at all times.

Upon being hired, to ensure you are successful in the desired role of a manager, a 90-day probationary period will take place to ensure you meet and exceed in the job requirements of a manager. This training period will involve in-depth training and immersion into the role. Upon a formal review at the 90-day period, official status change will occur to manager, further training will be implemented to achieve the manager requirements, or a mutual leaving of the company will occur.
