The Regional Vice President of Operations will provide assessments, recommendations, consultation, education, and oversight to the consulting skilled nursing facilities regarding business development, resident care, state and federal surveys, customer service, human resource management, clinical support, financial services and ethics resulting in assigned facilities achieving positive outcomes. The RVP will support the facility administrators to develop the facility goals, objectives and facility resource allocation. Additionally, the RVP will lead a team of regional consultants and coordinate consulting services with an interdisciplinary approach.

Requirements include:
- 2 or more years of Multi-facility experience required
- 3- 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Active Florida State Administrator license
- Ability to travel and work off hours as business needs
- Ability to work in a “Matrix” management environment
