Due to growth, we are looking to hire a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is an in-office position Monday - Thursday and is crucial in facilitating the sales process by both actively engaging making calls to open doors for our sales team and providing comprehensive support in various administrative tasks. The inside sales coordinator will spend approximately 50% of their time engaging in outbound calls to generate leads and opportunities, while the remaining time will provide administrative support, conducting research, and other related duties. *This is not a sales role, this is a position that specializing in qualifying leads for out external sales team.

Responsibilities:
· Outbound calls on leads provided
· Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
· Qualify leads through effective communication and gather relevant information for the sales team.
Sales Support:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
· Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business development.
· Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
· Communicate feedback from the field to relevant stakeholders to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
· Must be comfortable being on the phone and qualifying leads.
· Make 25 outbound calls per day.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
