QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Supply Specialist to join our team at Fort Eisenhower, GA to support our customer, Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN).
Duties:

Performs property management tasks associated with the fielding of Army communication systems to Army units using U.S. Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) to include Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Logistics Management Plan (LMP), and Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A).

Responsible for tracking and forecasting of fielded equipment.

Analyzes and assesses property discrepancies and or shortages to coordinate fielding to all units.

Ensures that all property accountability discrepancies are properly reconciled and that property books are properly maintained.

Identifies changing trends in property accountability and asset visibility.
-
Maintains, tracks, and archives products and configurations.
-
Coordinates and assists with procurement actions to support Material Fielding for gaining units and labs.

Tracks DA prioritization fielding efforts, fielding schedules, fielded equipment by unit and location as well as inventory.

Establishes and implements all processes to track equipment to include DD250 acceptance, warehouse stock, fielding stock, and laboratory equipment to maintain total asset visibility.

Tracks and complete paperwork for temporary (DA 2062) and permanent (DA 3161, DPAS, GARMY) property transfers to internal and external organizations.

Responsible for adherence with Army Regulation (AR) 700-142 Material Fielding regulation in the execution of fielding activities.

Assists all external/internal customers with property accountability questions.

Provides reports, studies, or assessments related to the conduct of property book regulations and policy procedures and compliance
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Experience with US Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) to include Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Logistics Management Plan (LMP), and Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A).

Experience with Army property management documents to include (DA 2062), (DA 3161) and (DD1149).
-
Experience providing support to DoD/Army program of record (ACAT 1 to 3) preferred.

Army Regulation 700-142 Material Fielding experience preferred.

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) years of related experience required.

High School diploma with eleven (11) years relevant experience in Army Supply/Inventory Management may also qualify.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
