Job Overview
The Production Coordinator is a position requiring a detail-oriented and creative individual who will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support outreach and education staff who implement the organizational communication activities. This will include graphic design, copyediting, proofreading, production coordination, and reviewing and maintaining the quality of presentations and outreach materials. MED-Project’s education and outreach materials must comply with approved messaging standards and applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where MED-Project operates. The position requires a strong eye for design, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the individual will complete tasks with meticulous attention to detail. This role will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing website performance metrics.
The Production Coordinator, Outreach and Communications position requires excellent personal and professional communication, including clarity, emphasizing diversity and inclusivity, consistent messaging, audience awareness, and responsiveness to input from others. This role reports to the Director, Outreach and Education.
Key Responsibilities
· Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various outreach materials and presentations.
· Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
· Assist content creation and conduct thorough reviews of presentations to ensure they meet quality standards and effectively communicate key messages.
· Maintain organized data files. Maintain accurate labeling and correct versioning.
· Support the maintenance of the organization's product catalog, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information.
· Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track and analyze website performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· A minimum of 4+ years' experience in graphic design and copyediting.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging content.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including both regular and technical writing.
· Experience with Google Analytics 4.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
· Exceptional in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· English language skills - fluent written and verbal communication.
Additional Skills/Preferences
· Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
· Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms for designing and deploying email campaigns.
· Prior experience with product catalog management is a plus.
Data Security
As part of the business operations, MED-Project’s employees need to obtain and process data. The classification of this data helps determine what baseline security controls are appropriate for safeguarding the data. Information is classified according to the risks associated with the data being stored or processed.
All employees have a responsibility to ensure compliance with MED-Project’s Policies and Procedures, to handle all data consistently with the principles set out therein and to ensure that measures are taken to protect sensitive data. Managers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance.
Travel
Depending upon location, this position might require up to 5% domestic travel throughout the year.
ADA Specifications
This position requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Work Authorization
Med-Project USA participates in the federal government’s E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security. For new hires, the E-Verify process is completed in conjunction with the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification on or before the first day of work. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
