Summary:
In this role, you will provide system support and best-in-class customer service to all ENVI (IOS - Inventory Optimization Solution) users. You will complete Client Services requests by clients, staff, and stakeholders via phone and email to meet service level standards. You will also provide additional training, resources, trouble-shooting, and client services to providers.
Responsibilities:
Triage/Resolve client requests via Zendesk and Ring Central applications.
Provide support and service assistance and information for users by effectively utilizing ENVI and other databases.
Provide training support to all clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Communicate and coordinate with all users to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Identify operational issues and troubleshoot within scope of support, escalating unresolved issues to next level support.
Proactively identify, address, and resolve needs of clients through consistent outreach and communication / customer management.
Assist in developing internal FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) library and best practice guides for ENVI (IOS) users.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
No prior work experience required.
Healthcare, supply chain, purchasing, and/or material management experience with MMIS (Materials Management Information Systems) highly preferred.
Experience with ENVI platform highly preferred.
Expert proficiency in Google Workspace preferred.
Experience in adult education and/or corporate training preferred.
CRM application knowledge a plus.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $45,100.00 to $72,100.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
