Position: Interior Design & Brand Manager – Healthcare
Job Description:
· The Interior Design & Brand Manager is responsible for establishing and driving networkwide interior design standards and initiatives that advocate and support large client brand integrity and objectives. The Manager will ensure development and communication of client Design is consistent and aligned with all aspects of client’s mission statement.
· Acts as a liaison between client leadership and client Interior design teams to strengthen, manage and track interior finishes and design strategy from leadership approval through construction implementation.
· Manage impacts of networkwide finish warranty claims, discontinuations and facilitate maintenance concerns. Coordinate standard selection and life cycle ownership with client operational teams such as Environmental Services (EVS), infection prevention and clinical leadership.
· Lead weekly and quarterly team meetings to drive communication, actively discuss issues, and resolve conflicts.
· Employ leadership strategies to build and encourage consistency, efficiency, quality control, and timeliness of team deliverables.
· Manage and facilitate continuous improvement of Interior Standards with respect to cost, quality and industry trends.
· Support RFP processes and coordinate mockup events as necessary to onboard new vendors.
· Maintain interior finish and design standards program to ensure all aspects of standardization and volume purchasing are established and communicated for implementation.
· Monitor utilization of brand standards and work directly with suppliers, distributors and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) to ensure cost savings are being realized, tracked and reported.
· Act as a liaison for routine capital design improvements including, refreshes, furniture and art replacements.
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar.
· Six (6) to eight (8) years of previous work-related experience. Must include strong healthcare interior design experience.
· Proven ability to demonstrate knowledge of interior finish materials, material specifications, and construction detailing.
· Experience in interior design and implementation of interior finishes and layouts,
· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, REVIT and Photoshop.
· Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate Interior Design department’s process & procedures.
· Strong graphic background, ability to provide rapid visualization via sketches and photoshop color studies.
Clearance Requirements:
· U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with ability to pass a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) checking criminal and credit.
Physical Requirements:
· Occasionally the ability to lift 15/30 pounds, respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and report to dangerous situations, and as required wear personal protective gear correctly.

· Must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation (with insurance) for occasional travel.
