Medicaid Programs - Program Support Assistant
Part-Time 20 hours a week, at least one day a week from 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Description: Assist program with varies reports and completing customer service calls to members. Making calls to members and assistance with non-clinical tasks within the program
Essential Job Functions:
- Data entry in the Care Director System. This includes but is not limited inputting new members, documenting member conversations, and researching reporting needs
- Track enrollments for all regions program covers and report those out to leadership
- Monitor Humana Portal daily ensuring communication is occurring and necessary individuals are notified if needed
- Pull and process disenrollment list from Humana
- Pull and process new suspect list and send that out to designated individuals.
- Complete Engagement calls to individuals on New suspect list as needed by program
- Serve as a liaison between the Medicaid Specialist team and Pre-Ad team regarding waiver clients who are admitted to the NF and migrating to the MCO
- Assist with back up coverage for other Medicaid programs as needed
- Monitor Humana secure email from member lists and distribute
- Update and maintain member Master Lists for all Regions
- Generate Monthly Activity Reports for all Regions.
- Generate Program Billing Reports and submit to Manager for processing and approval
- Process Positive Choices Team Mileage and Mail
- Assist with Ad Hoc reports in Care Director as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings for the Positive Choices Team and Manager
Qualification Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D
- Two years of social service experience
- Willing to try new approaches.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and team work skills.
- Ability to collaborate and problem solve in a self-directed team environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, data entry and the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
- Ability to travel within the State of Ohio for training.

Pay: Starting at $18.36 per hour. Pay based upon experience and education.
