Dulles Glass and Mirror, a well-established, mid size, high-end full-service glass and mirror company is currently looking to add a new member to our company's Accounting / HR department on a full-time or part time basis at our Manassas location. We have been serving the DC metro area for over 30 years.
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the HR and Accounting department.
Perform daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, sorting/opening mail, basic accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) and data entry among other.
Assist the HR department with various functions
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Work in a team oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Four Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred.
- 1 year or more experience preferred, but not required.
