About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at our prestigious hotel. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delivered in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menus and recipes, and ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent qualification

Experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant
