```Duties:```
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess and diagnose hearing and balance disorders
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and immittance testing
- Interpret test results and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment or further evaluation
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing conservation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology
```Requirements:```
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an Audiologist
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology related to the auditory system
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations using a variety of audiological tests and equipment
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in audiology
- Ability to maintain aseptic technique during procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
