Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Scooter and Bike Operations Technician to join our team. This subcontractor role involves completing a minimum of 250 tasks per week, including the movement, relocation, and pick up of scooter and bike vehicles, as well as the exchange of dead batteries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing our mission on the ground, directly influencing our ability to offer reliable and efficient service to Lime users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment of Vehicles: Ensure scooters and bikes are correctly deployed at specified locations across the city throughout the day, adhering to city regulations and Lime's guidelines.
- Retrieval Tasks: Retrieve vehicles requiring repairs or maintenance and transport them to the designated service center.
- Move Tasks: Move vehicles to areas with higher rental potential.
- Battery Management: Swap depleted batteries with fully charged ones, handling batteries with care and following safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Truck, Truck with Trailer, or Cargo Van with Valid Insurance.
- Smartphone with the ability to download Lime Supply app.
- Ability to lift and move 65 lbs (e-scooters and/or e-bikes).
- Complete a minimum of 250 tasks per week to stay active.
